SESSORI Giveaway — Terms

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by SESSORI (“Promoter”), proudly designed in New York. Contact: marketing@sessori.com.

2. Promotional Period

The giveaway commences at 12:00 AM ET on September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 27, 2026. Entries recorded outside this period are void. No purchase is necessary; a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are legal residents of the continental United States, aged 18 or over at the time of entry, with a valid Instagram account, who comply with these rules. Owners, employees and contractors of SESSORI and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

On the SESSORI giveaway post on Instagram: (a) follow @sessori_nyc; (b) like the post; and (c) tag a friend in the comments. Each comment tagging one (1) genuine friend is one (1) entry. Bonus entry: share the post to your Story and tag @sessori_nyc. Unlimited entries per person via separate, genuine comments each tagging a different friend. Entries by bots, scripts, or fake/duplicate accounts are invalid.

5. Entry Requirements

Entries must be created by the entrant; must not infringe any third-party rights; must not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive or inappropriate content; must comply with Instagram’s terms; and must not falsely represent a relationship with the Promoter. The Promoter may remove or disqualify non-compliant entries.

6. Prize

One (1) winner receives their choice of one (1) of five SESSORI Marble Bead statement necklaces, subject to availability: Organic Marbled Bead Layered; Multi Color Wide Marble Beaded; Summer Marble Seed; Autumn Marble Seed; Marble Color Pearl Beaded. Approximate retail value: up to US $48. Color/variant subject to stock. Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. If the selected piece is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

7. Draw

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within three (3) business days after the end date.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced via SESSORI’s Instagram Stories (@sessori_nyc) and notified by direct message. The Promoter will never ask for payment or passwords. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, or fails to comply, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw conducted.

9. Verification

The Promoter may verify an entrant’s identity, age, residence, ownership of the Instagram account, and the authenticity of any entry. Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.

10. User-Generated Content Licence

Entrants warrant they own or have all necessary rights in their content and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, adapt and use submitted content for marketing purposes, including reposting tagged content on the Promoter’s website, social channels and marketing materials.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled per SESSORI’s privacy policy and used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize. It is not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to run the giveaway or as required by law.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants completely release Instagram from any liability associated with this giveaway.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance, except liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Disqualification & Fraud

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, uses multiple accounts fraudulently, engages in misleading or dishonest conduct, submits false information, or otherwise breaches these rules.

15. Variation & Cancellation

Subject to applicable law, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including fraud or technical failure. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the Promoter’s decisions, which are final.
