Returns & Exchanges Policy
Exchange Window
Β We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

If Your Item Arrives Defective or Incorrect
Β You may choose one of the following options:
  • Refund β€” Keep the item and receive a full refund.
  • Replacement β€” We send a replacement at no cost, including shipping.


If You Change Your Mind
Β If the return or exchange is due to personal preference (size, color, style, etc.):
  • Customer is responsible for both return and exchange shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
For orders over $50, you’ll enjoy free shipping. Otherwise, a flat Shipping & Handling fee of $12.49 will apply. This fee includes individual packaging, careful quality control, and secure order fulfillment.

Additional Notes
  • Items must be unused and in original condition unless defective.
  • Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).Β  We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
